You might know me as the Founder of CG Social Inc., but around here, I am just a mom trying to find the balance between building Brands & raising good humans. From Miami Heat to Westport Chic For years, my life was defined by the fast-paced hustle of Miami’s hospitality scene. I loved the grit and the glamour. But in 2020, my husband Bryan and I made the decision to trade the palm trees for the pines and relocated to Westport, Connecticut.

It was a shift that changed everything. I fell in love with the seasons, the community, and the sophisticated yet grounded lifestyle of New England. This transition sparked a new chapter for me creatively. I wanted a space to share not just the brands I represent, but the products and places that help me navigate this new chapter.

Life as a #GirlMom (x3) If my agency life is about control and strategy, my home life is beautiful chaos. I am a proud Girl Mom to three incredible daughters. Whether we are rushing to kindergarten drop-off, planning a birthday party, or managing toddler tantrums, my house is loud, loving, and full of big emotions.

On the Court & Off the Clock When I am not drafting press releases or chasing kids, you will likely find me on the tennis court. It is my sanctuary and my stress relief. I am also deeply passionate about wellness, self-care, and exploring the incredible culinary scene here in Westport.
