Curated Influence and Community
A Movement Born on the Coast
What started as a love for reading has grown into a movement. Featured in Westport Lifestyle Magazine, Books on the Beach (BOTB) was born from a simple desire to bring women together outside of their daily routines. In the summer of 2022, founder Carrie Georgette launched an elevated, all-inclusive gathering at sundown on Westport’s coast. It has since evolved into a premier monthly event series and a thriving community of over 250 women.
Curated Experiences and Community Impact
We create more than meetings; we curate experiences. What began at Old Mill Beach has become a sold out platform for lifestyle activations and deep local engagement. We bring stories to life by hosting exclusive discussions with New York Times bestselling authors like Jane Green and leading local voices such as Avery Carpenter Forrey.
Through BOTB, Carrie demonstrates the power of modern grassroots influence. This firsthand experience in community growth provides a proven roadmap for building brand loyalty and bridging the gap between local residents and luxury brands. We have successfully integrated high-end sponsors into the BOTB experience, offering authentic connections with upscale audiences that go far beyond a standard press release. Our activations and curated swag bags have featured premier local and national partners, including:
Culinary & Beverage: Bartaco, PopUp Bagels, Old Mill Grocery, Norwalk Art Space Cafe, and Stocked by 3 Owls.
Lifestyle & Luxury: Josh Levkoff Jewelry at Collective West and Simply Garnished.
Wellness & Beauty: Various curated brands selected for our highly engaged community.
