My career began in the fast-paced world of Manhattan PR at the legendary M. Silver Associates (now Finn Partners), where I honed my skills representing some of the world's most prestigious travel brands.
In 2011, I was recruited to Miami to join Carnival Cruise Lines, the world's largest travel company. As a Director of Public Relations & Social Media, I spent years navigating complex global markets, managing high-stakes crisis communications, and executing multi-million dollar campaigns for a Fortune 500 giant.
The Pivot: In 2014, I took that big agency discipline and launched CG Social Inc. to offer a more bespoke, high-touch experience for luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and wellness brands.

Today, I run a "hybrid" media house. We speak fluent luxury, managing strategy for icons like Faena and 1 Hotels. But I also saw a gap: emerging brands were being priced out of quality strategy. That’s why I launched The CG Collective Studio, a launchpad for the dreamers and "day one" founders.
The "Secret Sauce" Most agency owners hide behind the scenes. I choose to stand in the mix. Through my personal platform, @carriegeorgette, I test strategies in real-time. I don’t just pitch influencers; I am one. This "boots on the ground" perspective allows me to bridge the gap between brand and consumer in a way traditional agencies simply can’t.
THE PERSONAL
Calm in the Chaos.
When the laptop closes, I am a mom to my three mini 'girl bosses' and wife to my favorite 'Hot Doc,' Bryan. We call this coastal town home. I am a firm believer in sunshine, wellness, and the power of a good matcha.
I love playing tennis with friends, dining out, or decompressing with a podcast and a good book. Whether I am spending time with family or sharing the high-low finds that make mom life easier, my goal is simple. I want to lead with gratitude and embrace the beauty in every day.
